Is there an ‘Internet Police’?

‘Internet Police’ is actually a generic name of police and government agencies who are responsible for online issues, but their actual work content can be different by place.

Let me introduce you to Hong Kong’s ‘internet police’, the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB). The bureau is under the Hong Kong Police Force, it is in charge of handling cybersecurity issues, and carrying out technology crime investigations, computer forensic examinations, and prevention of technology crime. The bureau also builds close relationships with local and overseas law enforcement agencies vigorously, so as to exchange experience, as well as crackdown cross-border technology crime.
